Data Deletion Instructions
Use these steps to request deletion of customer data or data connected through Facebook or Instagram.
How to request deletion
- Email amber_gupta3@yahoo.com with subject Gupta Fireworks Data Deletion Request.
- State the mobile number or email used with the service and whether the request covers website, Facebook, Instagram or all connected data.
- We may ask for a limited verification step to prevent someone else deleting your information. Never send a password, OTP, UPI PIN or full banking details.
- After verification, we will delete or anonymise eligible data and confirm completion. Records that must be kept for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling or applicable law will be restricted and removed when the required period ends.
Disconnect Meta access immediately
You may also remove the app from your Facebook account's Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. Removing the app stops future access; send the deletion email above if you also want stored Gupta Fireworks data removed.
Expected response: We acknowledge valid requests as soon as practical and aim to complete eligible deletion within 30 days. Complex or legally retained records may take longer, and we will explain the reason.
What may be deleted
- Connected Meta identifiers and encrypted access tokens.
- Optional visitor profile, support history and saved preferences.
- Account information not required for a live order, security case or legal record.
