Using the service

You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully and comply with applicable age, safety, transport and local rules. Availability, sale and delivery remain subject to stock, verification and applicable restrictions.

Catalogue, price and orders

• Catalogue details and availability may change before owner confirmation.
• The payable amount shown at checkout includes the item amount and applicable GST. Any delivery or Porter estimate is informational unless separately confirmed.
• An order paid through manual UPI remains pending until the owner verifies the UTR and payment screenshot.
• Do not submit false proof, duplicate references or another person's payment information.

Delivery and collection

Lucknow delivery may use Porter, Uber or another available partner after confirmation. Outside Lucknow, transport may be arranged. Courier or transport cost is borne by the purchaser unless agreed otherwise. Delivery timing is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Safety and lawful use

Products must be stored, transported and used according to packaging, manufacturer guidance and applicable law. Keep them away from children, flame, heat and unsafe environments. The service may refuse or cancel a request that appears unsafe, unlawful or fraudulent.

Accounts and connected services

Owners are responsible for securing controller accounts and connected Facebook, Instagram, Google or messaging services. Connecting a platform authorises only the functions presented during consent; access may be disconnected at any time.

Cancellations, issues and limitation

Contact us promptly with the order number for cancellation, damage or replacement requests. Each request is reviewed based on order status, evidence and applicable rights. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
