Gupta Fireworks uses only the information needed to provide catalogue, order, delivery, support and owner-authorised social-media services.
Information we collect
- Details you submit, such as name, mobile number, email, delivery address, PIN code and order information.
- Payment proof you voluntarily upload, including UTR/reference number and screenshot. We never ask for a UPI PIN, card PIN or banking password.
- Support messages, owner-approved reviews and satisfaction ratings.
- With permission, location used for delivery estimates and device/browser data needed for security, fraud prevention and reliable operation.
- When an owner connects Facebook or Instagram, Meta account, Page and professional Instagram identifiers and access tokens needed for the requested management features.
How we use information
- To create and fulfil orders, verify manual UPI payments, arrange dispatch and provide tracking.
- To answer enquiries, improve service, secure accounts and diagnose errors.
- To publish or manage social content only after an authorised owner connects the relevant Meta assets.
- To meet applicable accounting, safety and legal record-keeping obligations.
Sharing and storage
We share only the minimum required data with hosting, messaging, delivery or platform providers involved in the requested service. We do not sell personal information. Access tokens and private credentials are stored server-side and are not placed in public JavaScript.
Retention and choices
Operational records are kept only as long as needed for fulfilment, security, accounting or applicable law. Optional browser preferences can be withdrawn through the website privacy controls. You may request access, correction or deletion using the process below.
Security
We use encrypted transport, restricted owner access, server-side credential storage and reasonable monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so never send passwords, OTPs or UPI PINs.
